We have worked with ANT on various campaigns over the last two years. Our marketing campaigns are niche but the team at ANT have got up to speed quickly, executed the campaigns efficiently and effectively and ultimately produced results. In one of our most recent campaigns ANT produced meetings with 14 organisations from a target list of 23. Out of the 14 meetings, 6 are already creating work. Matrix Training
Matrix Training is a Government approved Private Training Provider, which delivers Training and Qualifications within the Manufacturing Sector. In 2008/09 we were contracted by the Government to deliver funded provision via the Train to Gain programme. This programme required us to directly engage employers and sell them the benefits of staff development so that they would allow employees to be trained to National Standards.
Matrix Training has a very successful history of delivering high quality training provision with good OFSTED grades and many satisfied customers. Our problem was that we did not have an effective means of engaging new employers and growing our business. We identified ANT marketing as a possible solution to this problem after attending a networking event in which they did a presentation around the services they could offer. What particularly made ANT an interesting proposition was that most of their fees were based around appointments made rather than calls made.
After visiting the ANT operations site in Sheffield and meeting the team that we would be working with we decided to engage their services on a Train to Gain sales project towards the end of 2008 for 20 appointments. Within a few days of starting the sales campaign we had a steady stream of appointments which had all been quality assured by ANT against an agreed appointment setting criteria. They also provided us with weekly updates and data on the campaign. We were so pleased with the initial success from this campaign we re-engaged ANT in early 2009 on a similar campaign for 50 appointments.
This campaign was very successful and has contributed towards an increase in our turnover by at least 25% for 2008/09. We now consider using ANT in all of our marketing campaigns as they have consistently demonstrated they can produce high quality leads cost effectively.
